Overview

At By Kovaleva (ekovaleva.store), your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully select and ship every product to ensure the highest quality. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Please read this Return Policy in full before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • In the same condition as received — no signs of use, alterations, or damage caused by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Important — Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of nail and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items including nail polishes, gel polishes, acrylic powders, base coats, top coats, cuticle oils, or any product that has come into contact with skin. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances (unless defective upon arrival):

  • Opened nail polishes, gels, acrylics, bases, tops, botox products, or liquids
  • Used nail tools, drill bits, nail files, brushes, nippers, pushers, or accessories
  • Disposable materials (sanding caps, pedicure discs, disposable files)
  • Any product marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To process your claim, please email us at ekovaleva.store@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Start a Return

  • Email ekovaleva.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  • Securely package the item(s) and write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation

Please note: Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you wish to exchange an eligible, unopened product for a different item (e.g., a different shade or size), please contact us to confirm availability. All exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as By Kovaleva is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
