Shipping

For orders over $70 – shipping within the U.S. is free. If the amount is less than $70, then the cost of delivery – is $10. Shipping to Canada is calculated by the shipping company and paid by the buyer.
There is a 10% discount on the first order.

Payment

Payment is made by bank cards. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay cards are accepted. After ordering, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration with your order details.

The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment. That is why the most modern verification, encryption, and data transfer methods are through closed communication channels.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we have a large volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email. * Working days are Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern Standard Time; excluding holidays.

Delivery times and shipping estimates

Shipping for your order less than $70 is $10. If your order is $70 or more, shipping is free. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Your order will be shipped using your chosen USP shipping method. Delivery times are 3 to 7 days depending on your location. * Express delivery available. Sometimes there may be delays in delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You are responsible for checking the progress of the delivery.

There won’t be any exceptions. Ownership of packages transferred to USPS passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for shipping errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USP with your order from us, so any delivery issues must be handled by USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our control and we recommend that you choose either USPS Priority or Express shipping.

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!

We are not responsible for the goods sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the selected delivery service, if you place the order and your delivery address is the address for sending, you are responsible for connected with your forwarding company or service to detect your departure. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER DAMAGES OR DELAYS! WHEN A PURCHASE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL!

Customs, duties and taxes

By Kovaleva LLC is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. All fees charged during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage

By Kovaleva LLC is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost and stolen packages

By Kovaleva LLC is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below.

Call the carrier and find out the details of your delivery.Search around the perimeter of your home and mailbox.Ask your neighbors.File a complaint with your local police station and contact your carrier.
